We have confirmed that the bonus 6★ Chip and 6★ Dale Medals for unlocking the Special Attack Bonus on a 6★ Sweetheart Beast Medal from the Beauty and the Beast event (Be Our Guest! Beauty and the Beast Event!), were never delivered to those who had met the requirement.
To apologize for the delay, we will be sending two 6★ Chip and 6★ Dale Medals to everyone that met the requirement.
Deliveries will be made starting in Oct. 21, 2016 2:00 a.m. (PDT).
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your understanding.
