The issue below has been resolved as of Apr. 7, 2017.
All players who log in between Apr. 7, 2017 and May 5, 2017 will receive the remaining 1,000 as a one-time login bonus.
We have confirmed that players received only 5,000 Jewels instead of 6,000 Jewels as noted in the goals for the KINGDOM HEARTS Union χ[Cross] Pre-Registration Campaign.
We are happy to report that the remaining 1,000 Jewels will be sent soon! We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
