・When Power Saving Mode is set to ON, attempting to start a Union Cross Quest may result in a Connection Error appearing, preventing the player from starting the quest.

If you experience this issue, please try setting Power Saving Mode* to OFF from your phone's Settings menu, as this may stop the error from occurring.

NOTE: Depending on your device, this setting may be called "Battery Saver" or another name.
