To those players that were affected by this issue, we have returned the amount of Jewels that were consumed up to the point where the early reset of the stopper counter occurred by obtaining a Supernova - KH III Vanitas. Please check your Present Box for your respective Jewels.

* Please note that players who obtained the Boosted version of Supernova - KH III Vanitas also had their Jewels returned.

* If you obtained one of the stopper Medals (SN - KH III Xion, SN - KH III Anti-Aqua, SN - KH III Youth in Black, or SN - KH III Young Xehanort) before obtaining a Supernova - KH III Vanitas, we have returned the amount of Jewels that were consumed by the first draw after obtaining the stopper Medal, up to the draw that got you Supernova - KH III Vanitas.
For example, if you obtained a Supernova - KH III Vanitas on your third draw, a stopper Medal on your fifth draw, then a Supernova - KH III Vanitas on your sixth draw, we have returned the Jewels consumed on the first, second, third, and the sixth draw (total of 12,000 Jewels).

* Please note that players will not be compensated if they obtained a stopper Medal AND Supernova - KH III Vanitas on the same draw.

We have confirmed an issue with the SN - KH III Xion Deal where the stopper counter for Standard Draw (Guarantees SN - KH III Xion, SN - KH III Anti-Aqua, SN - KH III Youth in Black, or SN - KH III Young Xehanort within 10 draws) was resetting when you obtained a Supernova - KH III Vanitas. Please note that the VIP Draws were not affected by this issue.

The issue has been addressed as of the update on Jul. 11, 2019. We are currently in the process of investigating the players that were affected by this issue and determining compensation for everyone affected.
