Regarding an Issue with the SP Chip & Dale VIP Quest

We have confirmed an issue where the VIP Quest for SP Chip & Dale did not appear properly on May 17, 2020 4:00 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. (PT) for players that purchased the WJE between May 11, 2020 12:00 a.m. (PT) to May 17, 2020 11:59 p.m. (PT).
* We have confirmed players who purchased the WJE after May 18, 2020 12:00 a.m. (PT) can participate in the SP Chip & Dale VIP Quest.
As an apology, 3 SP Chip & Dales will be distributed to all players that purchased the WJE between May 11, 2020 12:00 a.m. (PT) to May 17, 2020 11:59 p.m. (PT) at a later date.
