A Trait Medal #217 can drop as a rare drop if you defeat the Minute Bomb!
You will also receive a Trait Medal #217 by defeating the Gold Tricholoma which is a rare enemy.
It's recommended to use Rare Enemy Perk and Item Drop Perk accessories.
