We have confirmed an issue with the ongoing Union Challenge event where players would get stuck upon defeating the target enemy due to a large number of players attempting to challenge at the same time. Players may experience longer load times due to other players in the group disconnecting from the app or forcefully quitting the group due to being stuck.
* Please note that the length of the delay may differ depending on your connection speed and the number of players in the group disconnecting from the app or forcefully quitting the group.
If you are currently experiencing this issue, please wait for the data to load to get credit for the completion, secure a better connection, or try again at a later time.
As an apology, we will be distributing the rewards when 450 players for All union completed the challenge.
Tier 10 subslot medals, and title will be distributed to all players.
For the players that defeated the boss in the union challenge will receive 30 Power, Magic, and Speed Gem on top of the rewards that everybody gets.
Trait Medal #192 x 9 will be distributed to all players.
Rewards will be distributed on Apr. 15 (PDT).

Details:
There will be special missions where you can receive a SN++ - FF7R Aerith medal and multiple Trait Medal #192 during the event period. Special missions will be added by completing daily missions and a limited mission. If you complete the limited mission, you will receive a SN++ - FF7R Aerith medal! There's 5 daily missions per day, and you will receive a Trait Medal #192 medal by completing one mission. Check the mission icon for more details.

* There are rewards that will be sent to all players and rewards that will only be sent to players that defeat the boss.
* Rewards are planned to be delivered around Apr. 15, 2020 to Apr. 16, 2020.
* Players who succeed in the challenge will be tallied up by Union in the results. If any players change Unions and try the challenge again, their results will not be included in the results of the new Union.
*After the event, we will announce the first 50 players that completes the challenge.
