Issues with store updates

DRAGON QUEST OF THE STARS
Thank you for playing DRAGON QUEST OF THE STARS.
Some players may experience difficulties updating the app from their relevant app store.
Many of these issues may be a result of external factors, like connection trouble, so we suggest that any players encountering issues wait a while and try again later.
For those who continue experiencing problems even after waiting for some time, please try the following basic troubleshooting steps.
■Devices with connection restrictions or data limitations can sometimes have their initial downloads or update downloads interrupted.
We strongly recommend downloading over Wi-Fi when a Wi-Fi connection is available.
■Make sure that you don't have extra apps besides DRAGON QUEST OF THE STARS running in the background. If you do, close the other applications and try again.
Specifically, make sure to close the apps from the Task Manager screen. Simply returning to the Home screen will not close them.
■If you have a high-resolution lock screen image, remove it in your settings.
■Smartphones with a heavy amount of data stored on them can be more prone to errors.
Try deleting old apps, images, and audio files that you don't need.
■Try turning your phone off, giving it a few minutes, and turning it back on again.
If you're not sure how to operate your device, check the device's manual for more information.
If your OS isn't up to date, update it to the latest version available.
Note: Make sure that the OS you're updating will support this app before going through with the update.
■For Android users, please try the following options.
・Settings > Apps > Download Manager > Clear Data, Clear Cache (Do both)
・Settings > Apps > Downloads > Clear Data, Clear Cache (Do both)
・Settings > Apps > Play Store > Clear Data, Clear Cache (Do both)
・Settings > Storage > Unmount SD Card (Please be aware that unmounting your SD card may impact other apps on your device.)
If none of these options fix the problem, then we must unfortunately ask you to reach out to Google for technical assistance.
■For iOS users, please try the following options.
・Go to the App Store's update page and swipe downwards while already at the top of the page.
This will update the page and show a list of apps with available updates.
If this option does not fix the problem, then we must unfortunately ask you to reach out to Apple for technical assistance.
