Hello from the OCTOPATH TRAVELER: CotC Dev. Team.

Currently, we have confirmed that under certain conditions, players are unable to exchange Elite Fragments for Cornelia's Seal or Levan's Seal.

This issue occurs when players who have exchanged Elite Fragments for either Cornelia's Seal or Levan's Seal prior to the v2.7.0 update enter the Elite Fragment exchange after updating to v2.7.0.
Under these conditions, the Seal of the character that has not yet been obtained with Elite Fragments (either Cornelia's Seal or Levan's Seal) will be erroneously shown as already exchanged.

Please note that players who have not exchanged Elite Fragments for either Cornelia's Seal or Levan's Seal before the v2.7.0 update will not be affected by this issue.

We are currently looking into this issue, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or confusion.
