Unresolved Issues

■Graphical display issues on certain devices
There are confirmed cases of on-screen elements that do not display properly or are hard to read on certain devices.
・Background graphics that do not correctly display.
・Text that is cut off on the Party screen, Status screen, and other screens.
・Notices and Guidance Rates screens where the font color and background are too similar.

We are currently looking into solutions for these issues.

If you encounter these kinds of issues, please try the following:
・Adjusting the app's graphical quality settings as follows:
Options > Settings > Graphical Quality > Lowest
・Adjusting your device's display settings:
Disable dark mode

■777th day "Letter from a Cait Scholar" ruby issue
We have confirmed that in the P.S. written in the "Letter from a Cait Scholar" mail received on the 777th day of logging in, the text says "but that doesn't mean I'll fur-get to give you even more Rubies than usual!" but the amount of rubies distributed is less than intended.

Distribution Amount
Incorrect amount: 10 Free Rubies
Correct amount: 77 Free Rubies

Players who received the 777th day mail before the 2.15.0 update have been compensated with the additional rubies.

■"Into the Deep Blue Sea" memoir display issue

We have confirmed an issue in which the "Into the Deep Blue Sea" is not displayed in the list of memoirs, regardless of whether or not it has been read in the past.

We have confirmed a translation error in the name of the "Necklace of I'cirlo" accessory.

■Awakening Stage IV accessory filter issue
We have confirmed that when using certain conditions to filter accessories, the Awakening Stage IV accessories listed below will not be displayed among the filtered results.

・Frederica's "Orlaea's Pendant" (Inflict Ailment)
・Nephti's "Apprentice Architect's Toolbox" (Attribute Up [Effect] - Critical)

■Elrica Traveler Memory title translation issue
We have confirmed certain translation errors in the titles of Elrica's Traveler Memories.

■Rinyuu Awakening accessory description issue
We have confirmed that the details displayed on Rinyuu's "Blue-Twined Bell Trinket" Awakening Stage IV accessory are missing the text "Limit from support skills and equipment effects: 30%."

■Text display issue
We have confirmed that on some devices, the lowercase letters "i" and "l" may not be properly displayed in some in-game text.
If you are experiencing this issue, please try raising your graphical quality settings, which can be found in Options > Settings.

■Fortune's Gameboard tutorial screen issue
We have confirmed that on the "Fortune's Gameboard: Getting Started IV" tutorial screen added in the v2.1.0 update, "Memoir Anecdotes" is incorrectly listed under "Main Rewards."

■App freezing issue when certain skills are used
We have confirmed an issue in which the game freezes when the chosen target of the following player or enemy skills is incapacitated before the skill activates.

■Issue with performing Path Actions
We have confirmed an issue in which Path Actions cannot be properly performed with certain NPCs, such as those in Emberglow and Theatropolis.

■Emberflame story quest "Bonds and the Sapling" unintended availability issue
We have confirmed an issue in which the emberflame story quest "Bonds and the Sapling," can be accepted by speaking to an NPC located in the Sacred Springs.

■Item gathering partial collection issue
We have confirmed an issue in which using the expanded "Gather Items" feature, unlocked after completing the side story quest "The Sacred Springs I'll Be Your Hound," will not gather all of the available items from the gathering points in the Sacred Springs.

■Frederica and Roland Travelers' Memoirs display issue
We have confirmed an issue in which "Memories of Frederica - Prologue: Nearer the Flame" and "Memories of Roland - Prologue: A Toast to Home" are not displayed in Travelers' Memoirs.
